Why This Matters
Hispanic heritage is woven into the very fabric of the Bronx and New York City—from the families who have built communities block by block, to the leaders shaping policy and advocating for justice, to the artists and entrepreneurs creating our city’s future. This conversation celebrates that legacy while illuminating the critical work ahead to ensure every Hispanic and Latino family can thrive with dignity, opportunity, and cultural pride.
NAICA, with over 51 years of culturally responsive service, stands as a testament to what happens when communities unite with purpose. Our mission to create safe, affordable, and inclusive communities reflects the values at the heart of Hispanic culture: family, perseverance, and collective progress.
