What We Do

Preventing Eviction, Preserving Home

The CGRF Rental Assistance Program provides emergency grants and case management to keep young families housed, preventing eviction for Bronx and Queens households with members age 24 and under.

Funded by the Office of Cannabis Management’s Community Grants Reinvestment Fund, we intervene during housing crises—covering rent arrears, coordinating with landlords, and connecting families with legal support and services that preserve home stability and prevent displacement.
