Frequently Asked Questions

We serve low-income immigrant individuals and families in the Bronx with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Services are provided on a case-by-case basis following an intake assessment.

Yes, we provide representation for bona fide asylum cases—applications that are genuine, made in good faith, and meet initial legal requirements. Our immigration attorney reviews each case to determine eligibility for representation.

Legal consultations include, legal advice, information, and referrals. Full representation includes comprehensive legal support from initial filing through court proceedings and final case resolution. Our attorney determines the appropriate service level during intake based on your case needs.

Immigration Legal Support primarily serves Bronx residents. However, we can provide referrals to immigration legal service providers in other boroughs when possible.
