NAICA’s legal team, one of NYC’s longest-running, provides free eviction prevention and landlord dispute help to protect low-income individuals and families from displacement.

We annually guide over 2,000 households through Housing Court, securing rental assistance and connecting them with resources that keep people in their homes and strengthen our neighborhoods.
