The Bronx PRISM Coalition Launches: Building Foundations for BIPOC LGBTQ+ Youth in The Bronx

NAICA’s Bronx PRISM (Promoting Resilience Intervening in Substance Misuse) Coalition unites healthcare, education, law enforcement, and LGBTQ+ organizations to empower BIPOC LGBTQ+ young people through collaboration and community strength.

Our November 13th, 2025 inaugural in-person meeting brought together 30+ partners—hosted by Destination Tomorrow—to establish our coalition name, vote on activities, and celebrate our community’s strengths. Together, we’re building the foundations needed to create opportunities for BIPOC LGBTQ+ youth to thrive in The Bronx and beyond.

Pride in Partnership: Empowering BIPOC Youth Through Community

NAICA’s Bronx and NYC partnerships empower LGBTQ+ communities, especially BIPOC youth, through vital services and events.

Our June Pride celebration unites hundreds of attendees and key organizations, showcasing inclusive healthcare, housing, and wellness initiatives. Together, we’re building stronger, safer spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals to thrive.
