Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs, Inc.

The Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs, Inc., (NAICA) is a designated tax-exempt not-for-profit corporation established under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) and has been providing housing intervention and assistance services to residents of the Bronx since 1974. NAICA’s mission is to provide culturally & linguistically client-centered housing, legal and social support services that promote self-efficacy and improves the quality of life for individuals and families in New York.

Legal Housing Services

Our Eviction Prevention Program serves over two thousand families annually who have been petitioned or are at risk of being evicted.

Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing Programs are homeless shelter for single men and women that provides not only housing but social and career development.

Housing Services

NAICA has numerous housing services for children, youth, seniors, and families.

As a homeless man receiving services at Park Ave, NAICA helped me a lot. NAICA was able to help me get back on my feet from homelessness and for that I am forever grateful.
